Modern Foreign Languages

Learning a foreign language is a necessary part of being a member of a multi-cultural society and provides an opening to other cultures. Through exposing children to another language it should foster children’s curiosity and deepen their understanding of the world. To achieve this end point, we aim, through our MFL curriculum, to inspire a love of language as part of their lifelong journey of learning.

One language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages opens every corridor along the way.
