COMPLAINTS

We take pride in that school receives very few complaints. When concerns are raised they are dealt with openly, immediately and efficiently.

For concerns, small issues or questions we ask parents/carers to talk to teachers first, then to a member of the Leadership Team, then in the third instance to the Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
